Implementing WE CARE, a series of hygiene and desinfection standards for a safe stay at Hotel Kennedy.

WE CARE

  • We implement hygiene and disinfection standards approved by experts to guarantee your stay in all of our Hotel Kennedy facilities.
  • We have taken the necessary measures to prevent and reduce the risk of Covid-19 infection, in order to take care of the well-being and safety of our clients, guests and workers.
  • We take and register your temperature at the hotel entry, in case of detecting a case higher than 38 °, the respective protocols with the health authorities will immediately be activated.
  • We take care of sanitizing your shoes and luggage when entering the hotel.
  • We have signage approved by our local authorities in common areas of the hotel, we also have protective materials such as masks and certified disinfectants in the different areas of the hotel.
  • We want to minimize interaction and contact with our staff, that is why we have implemented a Check-in and Check-out procedure through online platforms in an effective and safe way for our guests.
  • We disinfect our common areas and surfaces of greater contact with our certified products, which are periodically evaluated.
  • Our breakfast service will be taken individually to your room, we also have a self-service cafeteria available for our guests.
  • Our staff has safety implements which are certified according to their tasks, we also carry out periodic temperature measurements of which a record is kept.
